many payrolls as you wish, as often as you wish, anytime you wish. PaySource Online
gives you total control over the entire payroll process, from initial input to
the generation of checks and reports. You can preprocess payrolls, make
corrections, and submit your payroll as often as you wish, anytime you wish.
With PaySource Online, it is possible to complete the entire
payroll process, from initial input to the generation of checks and reports, in
a matter of minutes.
When you use PaySource Online, your payroll information is
located in one of our secure data centers. Your authorized users may
access your data, via the Internet, from any location that you approve.
Access is controlled by User ID, password, SSL security, and application level
security. You decide who will have access, what information they can view,
and which functions they can perform. Many of our clients process payrolls
from multiple locations, and some access their payroll data on days that
they work from home.
When you use PaySource Online, your PC functions as a portal to a
server located in one of our secure data centers. All of the data that you
enter is stored on one of our servers, so you don't have to "transmit"
your master file changes and your current payroll input to us. You
maintain total control over your payroll processing at all times. Your
data is backed up daily, and is replicated in a second, fully operational, data
center.
