The PayChoice
Connection enables you to enter their own payroll data remotely
through your personal computers. An employer can preprocess their
payroll, check it for accuracy, then send the completed payroll to
the service bureau for processing. Best of all, the payroll checks
and reports can be printed by the service bureau, or sent back to
be printed at the employer's office. All of this within the
familiar Microsoft Windows 95, 98, 2000 or NT environments.
The PayChoice
Connection has been designed to offer options for integration with
PeopeChice Hr,
our Human Resources package, and Time
& Attendance software systems. This will allow employee
personnel data to flow from Human Resources to Payroll to Time
& Attendance and transaction data to flow from Time &
Attendance to Payroll and back to Human Resources. A common report
writer allows access to all three databases and across multiple
payroll company controls.
The PayChoice
Connection offers you more control, convenience, and better access
to your payroll information. Using the Connection system, you
control the input of payroll information providing you with more
control over its accuracy. You can work on your schedule, not
ours. Just as important, the Connection provides you with
immediate access to more information. Since your payroll database
resides on your computer, up-to-date information is available to
you anytime and can be easily used via a library of reports .
